Bio-opleidingen blijven groeien

Het academiejaar begon dit jaar iets vroeger dan gewoonlijk. Vorige week werden de nieuwe eerstejaarsstudenten verwelkomd aan de universiteit, maakten ze kennis met hun programmadirecteur, medestudenten en studentenkring, en werden ze rondgeleid op de campus.
De inschrijvingen voor academiejaar '23-'24 zijn nog niet volledig gefinaliseerd, maar nu al is duidelijk dat de studentenaantallen in de opleidingen biologie en biochemie & biotechnologie verder omhoog gaan. Bio blijft onze jongeren interesseren!

Bio-courses Keep Growing
The academic year started a little earlier than usual this year. Last week, the new first-year students were welcomed to the university, were introduced to their programme director, fellow students, and student association, and were given a tour of the campus.
Registrations for academic year '23-'24 have not yet been fully finalised, but it is already clear that student numbers in the Biology and Biochemistry & Biotechnology courses will continue to increase. Bio continues to interest our young people!
The table above shows the provisional student numbers in the entire programmes on 21 September 2023, with the second column listing the number of male students (difference with last years in brackets), the third column the number of female students (difference with last year in brackets) and the last column the total student number (difference with last year in brackets).
